• Here LeadX comes up with a solution for both employers and job seekers.
• With our three months of house training and nine months of OJL students, will be changed, like what employers expect.
• What LeadX plans to do is, bridging the gap between employees and employers.

How LEMP.?

• OJL (On the Job Learning)

  After 3 months of house training in LeadXx, students will move to companies for OJL

• Activities in mission 90 days

  i. Interactive sessions with Corporate Leaders. il. Talks by the students.

• Mission 90 days

  i. Three months of in-house training. ll. It includes lots of activities.

• Initial training

  i. The first session after the admission process ll. 2-3 days
